Add Images to Articles & Categories

In addition to having the ability to create pictorial articles (to which images can be added and tagged), magazine.NET will also allow you to add a single "header" image to each article. As you upload the "header" image for the article, the system will give you 2 options:

to automatically create thumbnails for you from the large image that you uploaded, or
to allow you to upload your own thumbnail images.

You'll have the same option to add header images for each category as well. These category header images will display as the main graphic when a user selects a category while browsing your online magazine. If your magazine has multiple issues, you will be able to have individual images per issue, per category - which will give your magazine a much more hands-on look and feel. The ability to specify different category images for each different issue is a huge plus, especially if you have a seasonal magazine since this will allow you to upload seasonal imagery to each category.
